More than an annual recruitment event, CADTE is the public launch of TalentThread—a national initiative designed to help employers follow talent as it develops.

Rather than relying solely on resumes, employers gain earlier visibility into emerging capability and can begin building relationships with future talent before graduation.

CADTE will bring together leading employers, post-secondary institutions and approximately 500 post-secondary students and recent graduates pursuing careers in engineering, software, cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing and related disciplines.
