CLAYTON, N.C. - eMusicWire -- Huey Hoffa released the much-anticipated mixtape "No Luck Needed." True to form, Money Game La Familia artist Huey Hoffa delivers lyrics with heart and undeniable flow. Fans won't be disappointed by this latest mixtape, hosted by Greensboro, NC's own DJ Esudd, and it features unexpected elements that show Hoffa's range and growth as an artist. Track by track, bar by bar, Huey Hoffa proves you can't put him in a box, his style is his own.

Widely known for "Trust Issues," the song that propelled his career and made people take notice, Hoffa says it brought people to his music. "Everybody can vibe to it," says Hoffa, and it speaks to relatable issues. Huey Hoffa has collaborated with some of Carolina's most talented artists from Luke Nasty to South Coast Music Group's own Big Mali.

Huey Hoffa and the Rising star have a single "Queen & Slim" making waves on YouTube with the video rapidly climbing. Other collaborations include "Vultures & Bears" featuring Fat Dave, a well know artist from North Carolina. Currently Huey Hoffa is working on a new EP titled "Permanent Scars" featuring a number of North Carolina artists including Luke Nasty and Big Mali. Huey Hoffa is charting his own creative path and he's committed to bringing recognition to independent artists and local talent. "There's a lot of talent in Carolina, I salute that. ABOUT THE ARTIST Originally from NJ, now based in Clayton, NC and embedded in the Carolina hip hop community, Huey Hoffa started out on the freestyle circuit, battle rapping, and taking inspiration at a young age from Biggie, Big Pun, Big L, and Jadakiss. In 2009 Huey Hoffa began to record and release mixtapes and albums with various independent labels. It's his love and knowledge for music that makes him the well respected and popular battle rap artist he is today.
