OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. - eMusicWire -- The Wreaths Across America special offer program with the Old Saybrook Fire Department has been extended until Tuesday, January 31st allowing those who purchase and sponsor two wreaths for next December's National Wreaths Across America Day to get a third sponsored wreath for free.
The cost to sponsor one wreath will remain at $15 until January 31st. Those who sponsor two wreaths for $30 by Jan. 31st will get a third sponsored wreath for free to be used at Old Saybrook's 'National Wreaths Across America Day', event on Saturday, December 16th, 2023. Starting at Noon on that day, volunteers will place these special remembrance wreaths on veterans' graves in all the cemeteries in Old Saybrook as part of the nationwide Wreaths Across America Day.

Beginning Feb. 1st, 2023, the cost to sponsor a veteran's wreath for National Wreaths Across America Day in Old Saybrook on Dec. 16th, 2023 will increase to $17 to help offset the increased costs of Wreaths Across America's programs and administration.
As of January 18th, we've received strong support in our local communities from residents and businesses who have already purchased and sponsored wreaths for our Dec. 16th, 2023 event, but we are still 542 wreaths away from our Old Saybrook goal of 800 wreaths placed on all our veterans' graves. So please help us reach our goal in Old Saybrook by taking advantage of this special Wreaths Across America offer through Jan. 31st.
