When you first contacted me, I must admit I was a little skeptical about hiring a consultant to do this sort of project. Our journey with Government Marketplace was unique in that we conducted much of the work during the Covid-19 pandemic. The transition to remote working was unnoticeable and did not slow the process of submitting our offer. I think this is a testament to their solid processes and tools.

Once our application was submitted, it took a long time before a contracting officer started to review our submission. The pandemic had slowed the government's ability to review and approve new vendors, especially those that were not providing PPE or other products and services needed to fight the pandemic. Once the contracting officer finally got to reviewing our offer, it took no time to get our award. The CO said the offer was very well organized and easy to review.
