ATLANTA - eMusicWire -- Platinum-selling Artist Donell Jones has announced his two-day celebration honoring his 50th birthday. Ahead of Black Music Month, the celebration will be held in Atlanta, Georgia on May 26 and May 27.

Jones began his music career in 1996 and is best known for his hit singles: "U Know What's Up", "Where I Wanna Be,"  and his cover of Stevie Wonder's "Knocks Me Off My Feet." Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his talent with a Black Reel Award nomination for his song "I'll Go" and an American Music Award for the Favorite Soul/R&B New Artist award. His 50th birthday celebration pays homage to his life and contribution to music over the past 27 years.
