Bradley Award during a ceremony hosted by American Institute of Architects (AIA) Honolulu Chapter and the Hawaii Architectural Foundation in Honolulu, HI. This award is only presented when exceptional humanitarian efforts are demonstrated and acknowledges individuals who have exemplified a profound concern for the welfare of those in need.

Sellers is recognized for his exceptional work in the field of sustainability, and his tireless service to the community and his commitment to using architecture as a force for good. He is being recognized for work that included providing free building plans to landowners seeking to rebuild after the August 2023 wildfires and mobilizing resources and advocating for displaced families. He continues to work with the Family Life Center on the development of ʻOhana Hope Village, a transitional community for wildfire survivors.
Glenn E. Mason, FAIA received the Medal of Honor and Larry Heim, Hon. Affiliate AIA was presented with the Paepae I Ka Pōhaku Award at the same reception.
