Far From Final was founded by singer, songwriter W. A. Wyatt in Birmingham, AL. In 2017, Wyatt partnered with Ben Trexel Studios to create 'Far From Final' and produce the first album, "Crossing The Sun"

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - eMusicWire -- Far From Final recently released a new single Head Down the Hall. It is now streaming on Spotify, iTunes and most music platforms.

Why the name Far From Final? While the group was working on their 1st album, they found themselves experimenting with different lyrics and instrumentals before finalizing a song. The words "Far From Final" took on so many different meanings that the band experienced .... experimenting before finalizing a song, never giving-up on the band's craft, embracing what you love, and overcoming fear of sharing your taste in music with others. Hence, Far From Final was born.

Interestingly, some of W. A. Wyatt's best song ideas develop unexpectedly. Wyatt recalls "driving to work one day and stopping at a red light. A guy in the car next to me had his window down, all decked out in suit and tie, and head banging to Metallica. I imaged that rocker in all of us and imagined some guy in his cubicle at work putting on a headset and escaping reality for a moment with the music. That's when I wrote the song Cover Is Blown."

Wyatt along with brother Bradley Wyatt (drums), Nick Freeman (Bass), have performed all over the south for over 15 years. The Nick in Birmingham, Rhythm & Brews in Tuscaloosa, and Live Bait in Orange Beach, AL are some of their favorite venues. Presently, Far From Final has no immediate shows but hope to schedule some once the COVID situation settles.

One of the challenges, other than the present COVID one, that Wyatt has faced for years has always been crossing the bridge to share his own music with the world. As lead guitarists and back-up singer for years, Wyatt has now found the courage to take on the role as lead singer for the first time. Wyatt explains "One day I found myself with a large collection of original songs, but I needed someone that could guide me to the next level. When I discovered Ben (Ben Trexel Studios), he offered the encouragement I needed and helped elevate my ideas."
