WASHINGTON - eMusicWire -- Wine & Culture Fest 2025 wrapped a powerful weekend at the National Harbor (July 17–19) with a bold celebration of Black excellence across wine, food, music, and culture. Hosted by The Hue Society, the three-day experience gathered a dynamic mix of tastemakers, wine lovers, culinary leaders, and creatives for a weekend of joy, connection, and cultural celebration.
The standout moment of the weekend was an intimate Fireside Chat with Taraji P. Henson—award-winning actress, producer, and mental health advocate—moderated by Hue Society founder Tahiirah Habibi. Their conversation explored identity, joy, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, leaving guests inspired by Taraji's unfiltered truth, humor, and heart.
"This festival isn't just about wine—it's about us," said Tahiirah Habibi. "It's about celebrating Black joy, creativity, and legacy while building something that lives far beyond a weekend."
