May 5, 2023, is the registration deadline, and planners are encouraging more businesses and individuals to sponsor Ruck to Remember or donate to the Foundation.
Marine Corps Veteran Keith Jolly founded Ruck to Remember in 2011. Then in 2020, The Honor Movement Foundation was born, and the Ruck to Remember became a "movement within a movement."
"The Honor Movement Foundation's primary mission is to honor and provide support to families of the fallen and injured military veterans and first responders through financial support, logistics, education, and missions of empowerment," Jolly said.
The three-day ruck march grew from an act of love between friends who lost far too many military friends following Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
"I am humbled by and grateful to everyone who has helped The Honor Movement Foundation expand," he said. "Each year, the Ruck to Remember grows, and it will always be my honor to lead participants willing to make a small 60-kilometer sacrifice to honor men and women willing to put their lives on the line each day for all of us," Jolly said.

His ultimate vision includes expanding the Ruck to Remember to cities from coast to coast, increasing funding and partner organizations, growing legacy sponsors, and becoming known throughout the United States.
"It is a blessing to see veterans, active-duty military personnel, and civilians from all walks of life participate in these events," Jolly said. "This movement combines camaraderie, passionate stories, hearts, and memorials. Everyone in America is connected to our past and present heroes. I am asking people to join me in this movement, be a national sponsor or donate to the Foundation."
The Honor Movement Foundation created five impactful programs: Operation Clear Path, Honor Guardian, Transition Assistance Career Counseling (TACC), Summit to Valor Project, and Joint Ops. To learn more about The Honor Movement Foundation, visit https://thehonormovement.org/.
