SAN RAFAEL, Calif. - eMusicWire -- Silverwork Studios, a make your own jewelry studio in San Rafael, and MarinArts, the definitive arts and culture online guide for Marin County, co-hosted a community event at the Silverwork design studio on Tuesday, February 6th in Northgate Mall.
The event was a gathering for the local community in support of the Marin's newest creative venture, Silverwork Studios. The Co-Founders of Silverwork Studios, Amy Fitzgerald and Kel Konis, hosted tours of the studio, gave a demonstration and helped guests make custom-stamped metal charms as favors.
Co-Founder and Creative Director, Kel Konis, explained, "We are thrilled to be offering jewelry making to our community. Our guided workshops are designed for complete beginners, so everyone can be creative and design something stunning at the studio! We're ecstatic about the opportunity to partner directly with MarinArts, and so grateful for the support they've given us.
