MISSION VIEJO, Calif. - eMusicWire -- HLN Consulting has named Lilly Kan as its first Chief Executive Officer. She will begin in the role full-time on January 1, 2027.

Kan brings deep experience working with public health agencies and their partners. She was a senior director at the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) before joining The Pew Charitable Trusts. After a role at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), she became an independent consultant in 2025.
